Erika Weaver has spent the past two decades immersed in Montessori education—both as a classroom Guide and as a Program Director supporting environments for children ages 0–6. She holds multiple Montessori credentials and brings warmth, insight, and a deeply practical understanding of child development to every interaction. Erika has launched and led several Montessori infant programs in the Phoenix area and now enjoys mentoring the teachers and parents who guide young children as they grow.

Erika looks forward to supporting our Guides and Administrators at MSIMS as we continue to strengthen and expand our Young Children’s Community.

A proud mom of three (ages 3, 6, and 9), Erika loves reading, good music, family adventures, and exploring all that Arizona has to offer with her husband and kids.
