ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS

Our lineup of Fall Enrichment programs kicks off in August and features returning experiences our students love, and exciting new ones to try!

Mondays

  • Soccer Shots is ready to kick off another season of fun at Mountain Shadows! Through creative and imaginative games, students will develop fundamental soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting in a fun and supportive environment.

Tuesdays

  • Sticky Fingers Cooking is ready to whisk up some fun at Mountain Shadows! Through preparing tasty, healthy recipes, students will explore food, nutrition, and culinary skills while engaging with concepts in S.T.E.A.M., language, culture, geography, and more.

  • Mad About Hoops is excited to bring its inclusive circus programming to Mountain Shadows Montessori! Our mission is to encourage and inspire children to develop a lifelong love of movement and fitness through hula hooping and circus arts.

  • Tippi Toes Dance is thrilled to bring its dance program to Mountain Shadows Montessori! Through fun, engaging instruction, students will learn dance choreography throughout the year while building confidence, creativity, and a love of movement.

  • Biomimicry is the practice of observing and learning from nature's designs, patterns, and processes to solve human challenges.

    Join Ajedrea, one of our fellow assistant guides, as she leads students in exploring the natural world and uncovering its hidden superpowers through hands-on activities, curiosity, and discovery.

  • The Knight School Chess Team is your school's official chess team and chess party. The Knight School's approach has had amazing success -- spreading a love for Chess to over 14,000 students nationwide -- because our unique and unprecedented educational philosophy, "the chess party," is the perfect way to transform a complete beginner into a devastating chess machine.

    This class is designed for primary students.
