Her professional background includes integrated marketing and public relations at Mission North, where she developed content, coordinated media campaigns, and analyzed digital engagement. She previously worked in social media strategy at Title Nine, contributing to creative campaigns and audience growth. Most recently, Carly has worked with Environment for the Americas, supporting marketing, e-commerce operations, and email campaigns for the conservation-focused organization.
A former NCAA Division I swimmer at UCLA, Carly currently serves as Head Coach of the Boulder High School girls' swim team, where she oversees a program of more than 50 student-athletes. She brings the same emphasis on teamwork, perseverance, and mentorship to her professional work. Her community involvement includes peer mentorship with the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) and volunteering with the Boulder Humane Society.
At Mountain Shadows, Carly supports schoolwide communications, marketing strategy, brand development, family engagement, and administrative coordination. She helps manage the school's website, social media, digital communications, and outreach initiatives while contributing to enrollment marketing, community events, partnerships, and special projects. Working closely with school leadership, Carly helps communicate the school's Montessori mission, strengthen relationships with current and prospective families, and share the educational experiences and people that make Mountain Shadows such a special community.
