Brady discovered his passion for working with children while coaching youth soccer in high school. He earned a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Colorado Mesa University, where he also had the opportunity to study abroad in Sydney, Australia. After graduation, Brady spent a year backpacking around the world before teaching English in the Czech Republic.

He recently completed his AMI Primary (3–6) Guide training through the Washington Montessori Institute in Washington, DC, including classroom observation and practice teaching in Atlanta, Georgia. Excited to return to Colorado, Brady is thrilled to join the Mountain Shadows community, where he looks forward to continuing to grow as a Montessori educator while fostering curiosity, independence, and a love of learning in every child.
