Ashley Cave is originally from Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Sociology. She’s joining MSIMS after having worked in early childhood education for over 10 years, and is completing her AMI 0–3 Montessori certification through TMI Denver.

Working with children brings Ashley a great deal of joy, and she loves being part of a strong, supportive community. Ashley strongly values Mountain Shadows’ commitment to trusting the child, fostering independence, and creating a nurturing, connected community where children and families can thrive.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her dog, reading, and doing crafts.
