Morgan Sampson (She/Her)

Golden Eagle Lead Primary Guide

Serving Mountain Shadows since 2026

Morgan Sampson grew up in Arizona and attended a Montessori school from the age of two through fourteen. Her mother founded a Montessori school, and as a result, Morgan spent much of her childhood deeply immersed in the Montessori philosophy, both at school and at home. These early experiences shaped her values as an educator and instilled in her a deep respect for child-centered learning.

She later pursued studies in psychology and studio art at Northern Arizona University, fields that continue to inform her thoughtful, creative approach to education. Morgan holds both AMI Primary and Elementary diplomas and has spent the past seven years working in Montessori classrooms at both levels. Through her teaching, she hopes to foster a lifelong love of learning, creativity, independence, and confidence in each child, while nurturing curiosity and respect for the world around them.

In her free time, Morgan enjoys drawing, practicing yoga, hiking, playing music, reading, watching movies, singing, snowboarding, and spending time in nature. She is especially excited to be living in Boulder, where the strong connection to the outdoors and close-knit community align so well with her personal values and interests.

Morgan is thrilled to be joining such a flourishing and vibrant community and looks forward to contributing her passion, experience, and creativity to the school.

The child is both a hope and promise for mankind.
