Madhavi, originally from Mumbai, India, has lived in various cities across the United States, including New York, California, Minnesota, Texas, North Carolina, and presently Colorado. Additionally, she had a brief stint in Vienna, Austria. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Government and Asian American Studies. Following this, she pursued a law degree at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, TX, graduating in 2009. For nearly a decade, Madhavi worked as an Immigration Attorney before transitioning her career to focus on working with children. In 2021, she completed her AMI Primary training, followed by her Elementary Training in June 2023.

With a natural inclination towards languages, Madhavi is fluent in Marathi, Spanish, and English, and has also acquired proficiency in Arabic, German, and Mandarin, although she hasn't had the opportunity to use the latter three languages in some time.

Madhavi firmly believes that education should be a source of joy and exploration, rather than a tedious task. With a passion for nurturing children's innate curiosity, she strives to create engaging and stimulating learning environments. Outside of her professional life, Madhavi finds solace in singing and indulges in handicrafts such as crochet in her leisure time.
