Fundraisers
The Mountain Shadows Parent Guild
participates in many fundraising programs, using money raised to
purchase additional classroom materials and complete special
projects related to the school.
Box Tops for Education
The Box Tops for Education program enables
families to collect box tops from participating products. For each box top collected,
Box Tops for Education
makes a financial contribution to the Parent Guild which is used
to support programs hosted for families outside of school hours.
Parents may drop off collected box top labels and "bonus box
tops" in the box located in the school office.
Box Tops for Education Online
Marketplace
Shop online through the
Box Tops for
Education Marketplace at your favorite stores, and up to 10%
of your purchase total will be donated to Mountain Shadows.
Stores include Barnes & Noble, Land's End, Target and Office
Depot. To participate, register on the website for the
school (MTN SHADOWS) and remember to start at the marketplace
every time you shop.
Grocery Certificates
The grocery certificate program is the
easiest way to help support the Mountain Shadows Parent Guild.
Grocery certificates are sold and redeemed at face value, so it
costs you nothing to participate, with your local grocery store
making a donation to the school. King Soopers ($100 debit
cards) and Safeway ($100 debit cards) and Sunflower Farmer's
Market ($100 scrip) participate in the program. For order and delivery dates
view the school newsletter or check the
school calendar.
