Enrollment Checklist

If you are relocating to Boulder from out of town, please call us at 1-800-795-1153 or 303-530-5353 or to schedule your visit and so we can be of further assistance. To help us best accommodate you, we request you schedule your visit two to four weeks ahead of time.

Campus and Classroom Visits

• 9:00 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays year-round.

• Appointment required. Day and Date: _______________________________ at 9:00 a.m.
  Please arrive five minutes early to sign in at our main building office as ALL visitors are required. 

Fall Enrollment Begins – Late January until classrooms spaces are filled.

Mid-Year Enrollment – Mid-year enrollments are allowed once school has started, and is available throughout the year and as space is available.

• Submit application for my child(ren)
  
  
• Schedule Child Campus Visit
• Primary children ages 3-4: Meet & Greet and mini-tour
• Primary children age 5 and Elementary children – Meet & Greet, teacher’s meeting, and mini-tour
  
  
• Receive Invitation for Enrollment
  
  
• Accept Invitation for Enrollment and reserve admission space for my child(ren)
• Return signed Enrollment contract
• Return partial- or full-payment of tuition deposit*
